Remedial Services Case Manager

Bachelor's degree in Human Services Related Field, Master's Degree in Counseleing or Social Work preferred. Two years experience working in the community with children and adults with mental health issues. Clean Criminal/Abuse Background Check and Reliable Transportation. Flexible schedule and availability for on-call needs.

Starting Wages: Bachelor's Degree $27.00/billiable hour and up based on education and experience. Average caseload 20-25 billable hours/week. $10.00/non-billable hour for non clinical service time. Caseloads provided by agency. Part-time positions available as well.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor OR Licensed Master's of Social Worker

License in the State of Iowa for LMHC or LISW, or eligibility for Licensure if from out of state. At least two years experience working with children, families and adults with chronic mental health issues. Familiarity with Iowa's waivers and funding sources prefferred. Ability to become credentialed with private insurance companies. This position is a contract position.

HCBS Service Coordinator

Bachelors Degree in Human Service Related field and at least two years of experience in the State of Iowa working with adult and children's waiver services. Understanding and familiarity with recovery and support in mental health. Clean Criminal/Abuse background check and Reliable Transportation. Medication Manager Certification a plus.

Starting Wages:Salary $26,000-$31,000/yr (non-expempt), based on education, experience, and knowledge of Home and Community Based Services.

HCBS Resdential Coach

Two year degree in Human Service related field or at least three years experience working with adults and children in the community under Iowa's waiver programs; Bachelor's degree preferred. Medication Manager a plus. An understanding of Client rights and Choice as well as an understanding of recovery and support in Mental Health. Experience working with Autism/Asperger's a plus.

Starting Wages:$22,000-$28,000/yr (non-expempt), based on education, experience, and knowledge of Home and Community Based Services.

Respite Worker

At least 18 years old with valid drivers license, one year experience (volunteer or paid) working with disabled populations and children. Clean Criminal/abuse background check and reliable transportation. Medication Manager certification a plus.

Starting Wages:$9.00 per hour based on experience and education.

Overnight Support Staff (Sleeping position)

At least 18 years old with one year experience working with indivduals (volunteer or paid). This position works in our 24 hour staffed locations in clients homes to provide safety and supervision. In most situations this position is a sleeping position. Clean Criminal and abuse registry checks and reliable transportation. Medication Manager Certified a plus. Full-time, Part-time, and PRN positions available.

Starting Wages: $9.00-11.00/hour based on experience and needs of the site.
